Shipping Information
General Shipping Information
· All orders ship out on the next Monday or Wednesday morning following your order. Shipping dates are specific to regulate order temperature.
· All packages are shipped out via USPS Priority Mail (2–3-day shipping). You will receive tracking information when your order ships.
· We only ship to the 50 US States.
· Tarragon House is in the sunny (and hot) Arizona desert. Temperatures can exceed 115 degrees in the summertime. Packages in the back of a delivery truck can exceed 150 degrees. This means candles can (and do) melt if not properly shipped in the summertime. This creates a unique challenge to make sure your products arrive in the condition you expect them to. Because of this, your orders will be packed differently in summer and winter months, and pre-calculated shipping charges will reflect this.
· Shipping costs are auto calculated and based on order weight and shipping destination.
Summer Shipments (For orders placed from March 1st 1 – Nov 15th )
· Orders shipped on the summer schedule will be packaged in thermally insulated packages complete with ice packs that stay cold for 3 days. Combined with carefully timed shipping, this means that your candles will arrive in the appropriate condition.
· We HIGHLY recommend bringing your package inside as soon as it arrives. Orders left in a cluster mailbox or on a front porch in the sun may be damaged by temperature.
Winter Shipments (For orders placed from Nov 15th- Feb 28th )
· Orders shipped on the winter schedule will not have thermal insulation.
