Do you offer local pickup/delivery?

·         Not without prior arrangements.  If you are placing a large order and you are in the Phoenix metro area, we can evaluate this request on a case-by-case basis.  Use the “contact us” link at the top of the page for inquiries.

 

Can I book you for a vendor event or conference?

·         If you are in the Phoenix Metro Area, absolutely.  Use the “contact us” link at the top of the page for inquiries.

 

Do you offer discounts?

·         We occasionally offer discounts and sales for holidays and special occasions.  Sign up for our email list to be the first to know.

 

Do you make custom candles?

·         We can accommodate custom orders with a deposit.  Customization options include candle size, color, scent, name, and design.  These are great for weddings, fundraisers, or special events.

 

Are your candles non-toxic?

·         Yes.  We use a specialty soy-paraffin blended wax, both of which are non-toxic.  This means that they are not poisonous.

 

But I heard soy candles are safer because they are natural.  Is this true?

·         This is a matter of debate in the candle community; we disagree with this argument.

·          Both soy and paraffin candles can and do produce soot.  This generally occurs when a candle is burning with a wick that is too long.

·         Both paraffin and soy wax can and do emit trace compounds when they burn; paraffin wax because it is hydrocarbon based, and soy because they are derived from soybeans that are treated with pesticides (or because 90% of soybeans are genetically modified).

·         Federal regulations classify both paraffin wax and soy wax as a clean burning fuel source.

·         All waxes we use meet U.S. safety standards for candle production.

 

Why do you use soy-paraffin blended wax?

·         There are various reasons we have selected this blended wax.  This was chosen after extensive research and testing after we found it to be the most temperature stable, color stable, and holds fragrance the best.

 

Is your fragrance paraben free?

·         Most of our fragrances are paraben free.
